I knew from my students' families that The Solid Bow provided a quality product, but I got to see first hand how amazing their customer service is, too, after recently ordering some bows as a gift. My order wasn't being processed as quickly as I had expected, but when I contacted the company, they made sure it was processed and sent in time for the party. When it came, one bow was different than the one I ordered, but I didn't mind gifting the one that came instead. There were also a few extra bows, so I contacted the company to see if I needed to pay for them or send them back. Not only did they let me keep those I had recieved, but they apologized, and they also sent the bow that I had originally ordered! Every step of the way, everyone was helpful, kind, and professional, and all went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a positive one. I will definitely be recommending The Solid Bow and will definitely be buying from this wonderful company in the future.

We are a big soccer family and couldn’t have asked for a better bow. All the TSB bows are the best quality and look fantastic. This one is one of our favorites and we had to buy it in every size!
